Spring
has well and truly sprung and now is the time to get your bike
ready for the summer.
- Safely remove your bike from its
winter hibernation, note: take care not to drop it!
- Check and inflate your tyres, carefully
lowering it to the ground from its paddock stands
- Check the battery levels and charge
it overnight if nessesary
- To bind any condensed moisture in
the fuel system use MOTOREX POWER PLUS. This will ensure
clean, low smoke combustion and help reduce harmful deposits
in the engine.
- On a warm engine, change your oil
and filter. MOTOREX have oils for all types of engines
and Vesrah can supply an oil filter for just about any bike.
- Brake and clutch fluids should be
changed once a year. To ensure best performance use MOTOREX
DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 Brake Fluid.
- Check your coolant levels, use MOTOREX
ANTI FREEZE which is specially formulated for motorcycle
engines.
- Clean, adjust and lubricate the chain
with MOTOREX CHAIN CLEAN 611 and CHAINLUBE 622 STRONG.
- Wash with MOTOREX MOTO CLEAN
900 and wax. Use a prep spray such as MOTOREX PROTECT &
SHINE 645 to protect engine and bodywork.
